October 17, 2002 Thursday at noon, we held a big rally outside the Freep building. Manitoba Federation of Labour president Rob Hilliard addressed the crowd, which included members of other unions. Also present were members of CUPE, as well as supporters from CEP National, the Winnipeg Labour Council and the CLC (Canadian Labour Congress). Following
